Honky To Sue Bischoff? JR TNA Rumors Resurface, Graziano Case Update, Suicide Gets Naked
- The following was posted on the Honky Tonk Man’s website:
We have honored your request to remove any of your photos and video from our site. We have a request to make of you. We would like to have copies of all the Eric Bischoff interview segments where he mentions HTM. We feel we are in a strong
position to pursue defamation of character from Mr. Bischoff’s statements concerning HTM’s value to the wrestling industry.
These tapes will be passed on to our attorney for him to decide if we should pursue this issue. Mr. Clem is not a party to this action at this time. Mr. Bischoff who represents TNA as an official and executive of TNA will have to answer for his derogatory remarks much like Mr. Russo had to answer for his words concerning his comments about Hulk Hogan on a WCW broadcast. Mr. Hogan could become a party to this action since he has said he is in charge of the day to day operations of TNA and was on the same segment of Mr. Clem’s radio show when the defaming statements were made.
We pray for a timely response to our request.
- Eric Bischoff and Hulk Hogan are still said to be pushing hard to bring in Jim Ross once his contract expires with WWE in March. Ross only recently signed a new deal with WWE, but it was a short-term contract of only a few months. It seems he’s keeping his options open.
Prior to re-signing with Vince, TNA offered Ross a nice deal to debut on the January 4th show.
The interesting thing to mention here is that McMahon has been looking to replace Jim Ross for years, and it’s no secret that he likes to humiliate him on TV every so often.
- From TBO.com:
CLEARWATER – The actions of Hulk Hogan and his son Nick Bollea before the wreck that left John Graziano in a “minimally conscious” state were so egregious the pair should have to pay punitive damages, according to the attorneys for Graziano’s guardian.
Those damages would be in addition to any the father and son would pay for compensatory damages. Compensatory damages are those that would compensate Graziano for measureable harm, such as loss wages and medical bills, stemming from the Aug. 26, 2007, wreck, Graziano’s attorneys say.
Graziano’s attorneys make their case in a 54-page motion filed Wednesday afternoon in Pinellas circuit court. The motion seeks to amend the lawsuit already filed by Graziano’s guardian against Hogan and Bollea by adding a new claim for punitive damages.
- It seems Frank Gerdelman, aka Suicide/Kazarian didn’t learn from Matt Striker’s escapades last year, as naked photos of the TNA star have surfaced online. They were apparently taken by himself using a cell phone and weren’t as airbrushed as his partner Traci’s Playboy shoot.

Who takes nude photos with a phone? Furthermore who would want to see them?
Good old JR in TNA would be a good way of saying there’s just no need to maintain or create an idenity. Bischoff is an asswipe! I hope Honky takes him down.
bischoff’s an idiot and hogans like a little high school girl with his constant bitching
