This week’s forum topic of the week asks “what wrestlers did you just never find entertaining”. I personally went with Mr Kennedy and Shelton Benjamin.

You should throw john cena on that list.
If you wish lol – join and leave a post about it.
well where to start. there has been many wrestlers that are not really that entertaining. Firstly, Hulk Hogan (he never really had a good set of moves. It usually starts with him pumped and throwing a few pathetic punches then he gets thrown around the ring getting a beating with him “hulking-up” and then usually evoking his “i must win clause” and gets the victory….yawn!!!very very boring wrestler
John Cena (the modern day hulk hogan i guess)
Hacksaw jim duggan (his gimmick sucks and never really wrestled a quality match). he always seemed to pause and shout “USA” which disorientated matches. he could have been an occassional main-eventer but his terrible catchphrases during the matches is all about what he is famous for rather then entertaining wrestler.
Andre the Giant. He could barely move in the ring. he was just a freak show. Then you can add the Great Khali to that and Giant Gonzalez. All terrible wrestlers! if you compare them to the likes of the Undertaker who is a tall wrestler but has good ariel arsenal as well, with decent mat-work and can certainly move around the ring.
the Boogeyman!!!man he was a poor wrestler and a poor gimmick. i feel that they should have used him better or given the gimmick to a better wrestler and see where it could have gone. instead to a 40 year old that looked so out of place in the ring.
Finally, i think Mark Henry is not that entertaining. poor mic skills and poor in-ring presence. for his size and supposed gimmick he should be destroying champions like edge and cena etc
what do you all think for my suggestions
i would agree with shelton he has lost it which is a shame the guy is talented i would have to say the miz when he is on i go get a drink lol oh nearly forgot mark henry and to be honest forget tag teams in wwe the days of teams like lod heart foundation have long gone but they were teams wwe need good tag teams sorry if i offended anyone i have a question the writers trash gimmicks or is it the wrestler? Dez
Batista, This guy has no personality at all. Aleast with john cena, he has mic skills, but batista has none. Not to mention he’s a crappy wrestler
jeff hardy, I have mixed feelings about the “enigma”, I feel that he’s not nearly as good his fans say he is. I do like him though, but there are much better high flyers then jeff hardy.
and maybe that kiss demon guy from wcw…. I didn’t really see his purpose.
I’m going to second the Batista vote. I’ve found myself with no opinion of him which in a way, is the worst insult of all. I think the Big show heel or face is just boring. InTNA I’m finding the dudlys to become repetititive. They’ve been good in the past (putting May Young through a table put tears in eyes). Lately their act is just calling themselves the greatest of all time. Ok heard you the first 100 times, say something new.
with retired wrestlers; never liked the Bushwackers or (sorry about this) Ricky steamboat. He was fine in the ring but as far as an act… Nothing, zero, yawn. Never turned heel and that’s a crime! Same with Tito Santana. Now Bob Backlen before his heel turn was terrible! After his turn he became one of the most entertaining ever!
I won’t say John Cena because I’m still holding out for HIS heel turn (I can dream, can’t I?)
You wait he’ll come out wearing black with a bandanna.
tripleh = LAME
TNA!!!
you dare say that again and ill show that post to matt morgan
lol
Matt Morgan is the second greatest star right now. He’s a distant second to ” the Miz” but that’s only because he can move things with his mind. He has special doushbag powers.
John Morrison is the next “Barber Beefcake”
Randy Orton is the next Farook Asad
Kurt Angel… Is the next IRON SHEIK!
Let´s see…the Berserker (the guy seemed retarded),Bart Gunn,Billy Gunn, the Smocking Guns,Virgil,Bastian Bugger, the Beverly Brothers,Arn Anderson,Paul Roma,Ice Train,Scott Anderson,X-Pac(yeah,throw me into the fire pits for that one, repo Man,right to censor, Stevie Ray,Sid Vicious, Jerry Lawler, D´lo Brown. There are some guys who were so bad in-ring performers or just couldn´t handle the mic that I found myself in most cases getting entertained
(i.e., Steve ” never mind that $h!t, here cames Mongo!”McMichaels).
