Former WWWF Tag Champ Passes Away

John S. Hill 68, of Franklin, Indiana, world wide professional championship wrestler of 19 championship titles passed away Thursday, March 11, 2010. Mr Hill, wrestled under the name “Gentleman” Jerry Valiant and was WWWF Tag Champs with his wrestling brothers, Jimmy and Johnny Valiant. Survivors include wife, Carolyn F. Hill; son, Jonathan S. Hill; brothers, Clarence Hill, James Hill, and George Hill; sisters, Margaret Butler, and Betty

John Steel Hill was my uncle , through his career he had many names , to us he was uncle jack…we didnt see him much ..but when we did he made a lasting impression…..He will be missed by me and the rest of the Hill Family….
