Former Diva Pregnant, New WWE Development Wrestler, Rock’s Movie Dominates
- Former WWE Diva Jazz is expecting her first child with former ECW/WWE turned MMA fighter Rodney Mack. Carlene Denise Moore-Begnaud (her real name) was released from WWE along with her husband Mack in January 2007. Mack recently won his first MMA fight.
- Maryland Championship Wrestling’s Patrick Brink announced this past weekend that he’s signed a WWE development deal and will report to Florida soon. Brink is consdiered a standout in his independent promotions and his match with Tyler Hilton was voted MCW’s match of the year in 2007. His sister was taken off life support last year and he is dedicating this portion of his career to his sister. “They all told me how she talked about me all the time and that her brother is gonna be a wrestling star on TV someday soon.” Now he has that chance to fulfill that dream.
- Get Smart staring former WWE superstar Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson did better than expected in its opening weekend, pulling in a number one spot at the box office and an estimated $39.2 million. Smackdown star Dalip “The Great Khali” Singh also has a role in the film.
