Flair Calls Hart A Nobody, Nick Hogan Files Lawsuit, Trish Stratus Update
- On a recent episode of Live Audio Wrestling Ric Flair addressed the heat between him and Bret Hart. He said he gets offended when people compare their careers because “he’s a nobody”. Flair said Hart was a mid carder for the WWF for fifteen years.
The pair are infamous for claiming the other person is a bad worker.

HULK HOGAN’s son NICK is taking legal action against two businessmen he claims ran up an $80,000 (£53,000) bill on his credit card without permission.
The 18 year old has filed suit against Louis Adkinson and Damon Elliot citing breach of contract after he handed over $50,000 (£34,000) to launch record production company Confidential South, LLC in January (09).
Hogan alleges both men agreed to invest their own $50,000 shares and even claimed investors would be refunded if the firm failed – which Hogan insists it did.
The teen is also suing for fraud, charging Adkinson and Elliot with using his American Express credit card to charge $80,767.75 (£53,845) without his permission. The Hogan Knows Best reality star is seeking compensation for the $130,000 (£87,000).”

Former WWE Women’s champion Trish Stratus did an interview on The Surf on Bite TV in Canada. The now-brunette Stratus talked about several items including her traveling show titled “Stratusphere” , wrestling, yoga, fitness videos and much more. The show, which lasted 40 minutes, ended with Stratus showing the host – dressed in some ridiculous outfit – some fitness and yoga techniques. Afterward he asked for an autograph to which Trish said okay and two people brought out a huge Trish poster where she was in a very revealing outfit and pose. She agreed to sign it only if the host did the same pose on the floor. Pretty funny. In a poll at the end of the show, only 8% of the fans wanted her to return to WWE, with 12% wanting her to try MMA, 38% to host the show she was on at the moment and 42% wanting her to run for Prime Minister of Canada!

at least Bret Hart did not try to keep his career alive by backhand chops way beyond its expiration time…
For as great as they both were in the ring…MAN they are jackasses outside of it.
Flair is my favorite of all time and Bret is definitely in the top 10, but why the hell can’t either of them just retire in dignity? Why must they CONSTANTLY run others down and bitch and moan like a couple of jabbering old women?
I have to agree with Harmless above. Bret was a far superior wrestler and athelete to Flair. Unfortunately when you’re in the sports entertainment business being an authentic technical wrestler won’t account for much. Flair dominated in the area it counts most in the sports entertainment industry – and that’s fan entertainment and promo cutting (although personally the technical aspect of Hart’s always fascinated me way more than a Wooooooo)
I like both Hart and Flair as wrestlers. But that’s just about as far as Bret took it. Flair went on to entertain us and he continues to do so (even if he is past it). Sadly Bret just kept dwelling on the past for the “screw job” that happened so long ago. Most of us have been screwed over at some point in time or another and we got past it.

How would you know if Bret would have retired? The only reason Bret Hart Retired was because he had his stroke and couldn’t wrestle. Ric wrestled having a fun time until it wasnt fun.

Ric is so right Bret was a mid-carder until mid the 90s and it only lasted a few years. Ric was a top draw for 30 plus years. The only reason Bret got a main event break was because WWF wanted to move away from big stars like Hulk. Had it not been for this he would have been a mid-card wrestler his whole career.
Finally, the reason Bret hung up the boots is because he was such a dumb ass he missed his mark and nearly got his head knocked off by Goldberg thus forcing him to retire. Had it not been for this you still see Bret wrestling today.
Dear me, Flair, is always after some cheat heat, at someones expence, Bret Hart is a class act as a person, and as a techical wrestler. Who gracefully retired from the ring.
Unlike The sleaze bag, Flair, is a cheap shill of a man, who sucked up to the WWE office to lengthen is flagging career. Show some dignity if u can Flair, and retire.

Bret Hart didn’t have a choice when it came to “hanging up his boots” he was injured. I like it how loads of people call Flair crap and overated when all they have seen of him is the stuff he did post 1994 in WCW & WWE. Go back and watch his matches with Steamboat, Dusty Rhodes and Ricky Morton. Seriously Flair has had more 5 Star Matches than anyone else. I’m not saying Bret sucks, just that he isn’t AS good as Flair.

I like Ric and Brett equally, but I also think that this petty buckering back and forth needs to stop. They were great wrestlers, but there are a lot of people who we don’t think about that made them great. Seems like some people can’t just take solace in the fact that they had great careers, made lots of money, traveled the world and entertained audiences.

This is my 1st comment as ive never felt the need before, but after hearing some of retarded shit i have felt the need. 1st off, im Scottish (living in another countries shadow apparently)and I was at Brets book signing in Edinburgh. Even though he stayed longer than he should have in Glasgow before he came to edinburgh, he still made time to meet everyone at the Edinburgh signing. Even though he doesn’t think much of Flair personally, Bret is still a classy guy (in my opinion).
I remember on the Wrestlemania XX special THE 10 GREATEST MATCHES OF WRESTLEMANIA that RIC FLAIR HOSTED!!! He called the Bret Hart vs. Stone Cold match from WM XIII “personally my favorite match.” What a hypocrite. He’s on tape saying that. Also, all of those matches were picked by the people who know wrestling best, the WWE wrestlers. Hart had two matches on it, one of them was #1. Flair had none. Hardly a midcarder I’d say.
30 YEARS FROM NOW FLAIR WILL BE REMEMBERED FOR
1. BEING ENTERTAINING
2. KISSING HOGANS ASS TO BE IN WWE
3. SUCKING THE SHIT OUT OF VINCE’S ASS TO BE CHAMP AGAIN.
