Final Word On Hardy, DX Refuse New Members, Gail Kim News
- To confirm previous reports, Hardy did stick around for the Smackdown taping last night and it was indeed his final night. He was “run out of the WWE” by CM Punk after their cage match.
It’s assumed Hardy and WWE are on good terms, so don’t be looking for a TNA run.
- Discussions about contacting former DX members and introducing new talent in to the group have been thrown out there, but were both shot down by Triple H and Shawn Michaels. It seems it will just be the duo, until they decide to end it.
The main factor for bringing the group back was the amount of merchandise they sell and nothing to do with putting over new talent.
- During a recent interview with MSN, WWE Diva Gail Kim had the following to say about TNA:
“TNA is smaller. WWE is a bigger production and you get many more fans. It’s so exciting to perform in front of so many people. It is what we thrive off of.”

Jeff Hardy will be back before Royal Rumble. Hopefully as a heel. He’ll start his own “Hardy” chants and they’ll become “Hardy Sucks” chants… Because he DOES suck!
As far as DX goes, I’m glad they’re not accepting new members. Two doushbags are enough for one show.

This would have been a perfect opportunity for DX to put over some new talent, or at least, call in some of the old DX crew for one last good run. But NOOOOO! That would hurt their merchendise sales. Lord forbid these guys actually do something for someone other than themselves for a change.
First, Gail Kim. Why is Gail Kim downing TNA and putting over WWE? Wasn’t it WWE who got rid of her in the first place? And wasn’t it TNA who gave her another chance to shine? This is the prime example of burning bridges. CM Punk is getting heat right now. Beating Hardy in the cage only adds more heat for Punk. Like it or not, Hardy vs Punk was the rivalry that propelled Punk into the upper echelon of heel in WWE. He isn’t up there with Jericho or Orton, but he is up there.
As for Triple H and HBK not wanting to bring in younger guys, and only do the DX thing just to sell more merchandise. I’m not surprised. That’s all I can say. Triple H and HBK are in the position to personally help push the younger guys, and they don’t do it because of personal ego and selling shirts.
This is the reason Raw will always be the second tier program. When your top guys don’t even believe in your younger talents, why should anyone else care?
In a couple of years WWE will release a DVD chronicling the rise and fall of RAW starring glory hounds Triple H and HBK.
