February 12, 2009, TNA Impact Spoilers

Thanks to Jon Jones for these spoilers for the February 12, 2009, episode of TNA Impact from the Impact Zone in Orlando, Florida:

- It may not be newsworthy, but I’m sure I saw Stevie Richards at Universal yesterday visiting. He’d be a great addition if TNA sign him up.

- In Xplosion matches, Eric Young beat Kip James and Homicide beat Brutus Magnus.

- Team 3D beat Kurt Angle and Sting when Brother Devon pinned Kurt Angle. The story here was that Angle and Sting couldn’t get on and were fighting during the match. Angle cut a promo post-match saying Sting can make up for the problems he is causing within the Main Event Mafia by laying down for him later on in a title match. What? You thought WCW/Russo as well?

- Scott Steiner beat Petey Williams in a pole match with the chain headdress on the line. Hopefully this means a whole new look for Williams. Post-match, Samoa Joe cut a promo on Steiner.

- Sojourner Bolt won a Knockouts Gauntlet match.

- Jay Lethal and Consequences Creed beat The Motor City Machineguns. Post-match, Sabin and Shelley went to shake hands but hit Creed with a low blow.

- Beer Money, Inc beat Rhino and Abyss when Storm pinned Abyss following a run-in and chairshot from Matt Morgan.

- Kurt Angle and Sting cut a promo before Angle tells Sting to lay down. Sting refuses and they brawl until the rest of the MNM break it up. Angle challenges Sting to an Empty Arena match.
