Topps Europe Limited has announced it will be implementing a second wave of promotion to build on fantastic success of their WWE Slam Attax trading card collection. The activity will include a new four week TV campaign across kids’ satellite channels, will run from January 9th until February 15th. A promotion with the Irish Daily Star on the 17th and 18th January will see free sheets of cards given out in copies of the newspaper. This will also be supported by additional TV advertising. In addition, further promotions will take place with WWE Kids magazine.

- Word is that DH Smith, who has been down in development for some time now, approached management about being involved in the new Legacy group with the eventual members being Orton, Rhodes, DiBiase and Smith. Although it is not confirmed that this will go ahead, the Next Generation Hart Foundation idea was strangely Kiboshed despite have a planned debut several weeks ago.

In a round about way it seems Smith snubbed his family to make it back to Raw.

- “Cowboy” Bill Watts has been telling people that he will be inducted in to this year’s WWE Hall of Fame alongside Steve Austin. We’ll have to wait and see, but if Austin gets Flair to induct him then I’m sure Jim Ross will do the honors for Watts; although there’s a whole list of people that probably would and another list of people that wouldn’t want to do it. It will be funny to see his son Eric Watts who was last seen floundering in TNA.
