Breaking News: Trevor Murdoch Released From WWE
In a shocking move everybody’s favorite singing cowboy Trevor Murdoch has been released by WWE, just days after being drafted to Smackdown. I am unsure at this time if there is any real reason for his firing, other than the old “we had nothing for you” line. It’s a real shame because Murdoch had a different look in a locker room full of bodybuilders and could have really pulled off a badass southern gimmick, or at least joined with Jesse and Festus.
Here’s the usual line:
“We have come to terms on the release of Trevor Murdoch as of today, July 03, 2008. We wish Trevor the best in all future endeavors.”
