Benoit Left Out, Bobby Lashley Returning, Congress Steroid Report

I just thought I would throw this out there. I was screening through the WWE Website and was reading the Royal Rumble section. I noticed if you read down the list of the past winners they intentionaly left out the win that Benoit had in 04.

- Bobby Lashley has once again let it be known that he aims to return to wrestling at some point. He told WorldWrestlingInsanity.com:
“I’ll put it this way. I WILL be (professionally) wrestling again. So if there is anything going on with WWE and there’s people there who don’t want to see me wrestle anymore and I can’t be back in WWE, then there will be a TNA. Because I really, like I said before, I really would like to wrestle again. Whether it’s years down the line, whether it’s short stints now where I do matches here and there while still training to fight, I still want to wrestle. So whoever will take me, I’m willing to work.”

It states that 40% of WWE superstars have failed drug tests, and 25% of TNA superstars have failed drug tests.

I can understand WWE and McMahon wanting to distance themselves from Benoit, but they’re basically acting like the 2004 Royal Rumble never happened, which is stupid. I noticed the same thing when I was scrolling through. Everybody still remembers Benoit, my 12 year old sister can remember Benoit winning from entry#1, so WWE aren’t achieving anything. What Benoit did during his career can’t simply be disregarded and ignored.
Chris benoit still acknowledged by WWE in Royal Rumble facts and figures section with the second longest time in the Royal Rumble.
Benoit can’t be left out cause everywhere you look wrestling history Benoit was through it all wrestling his heart out giving it his all to become champion and he did just that in 2004 he won the Royal Rumble at number one beating 29 other superstars and then on the grandest stage of them all Wrestlemania he made the best superstar tap out to the Crippler Crossface and became the World Heavyweight Champion come on now you just can’t take that away you just can’t sit there and pretend like it just didn’t happen you got to know for a fact that Chris Benoit gave his all busted his ass for each and everyone of us, inside that ring wether you love him or you hate him Chris Benoit will always be the best technical wrestler to ever grace the world of sports entertainment
alright ive had enough of the wwe trying to act like benoit did what he did on purpose. if anything, his doc did it. the wwe needs to quit being a bunch of pussys and actually acknowledge everything benoit did for them. ive been watching this sport for over 10 years now and i will never stop. no ones going to forget chris. no one.
wwe is ignoring and trying 2 forget the legacy of chris benoit.they had done the same thing with ken shamrock (being the king of the ring).it’s stupid…..damn it’s stupid.
