Pyro hits on the 523rd Edition of Friday Night Smackdown. From Kansas City, MO
We kick off with a 6 Man tag team opening contest.
Chris Jericho, Big Show and Dolph Ziggler defeated Cryme Time and Rey Mysterio via pinfall:
During the final moments of the match Jericho and Mysterio were the legal men. Mysterio executes the 619 on Jericho Big Show hits him with a massive right hand punch allow Jericho to tag in Ziggler to get the three count.
Matt Hardy interview, Matt apologises for making a huge mistake in fighting and feud with his brother Jeff saying he wants to move past this and reunite as the Hardy’s once more tonight.
Kane cuts a promo on Khali saying he is the most dominant giant on Smackdown and he will prove that to be fact at Summerslam. Khali storms to the ring to attack Kane he manages to knock him down but Kane bails out early. I guess we will have to wait until Summerslam for this long awaited clash.
Mike Knox cutting a split screen promo on his way to the ring. Oddly wearing reading glasses talk normally talking about Finlay.
Finlay defeated Mike Knox via Disqualification:
Mike Knox disqualified for punching Finlay in the head past the 5 count. He continues his attack on the outside including using the steel steps hitting Finlay in the head.
Jeff Hardy enters to an arena full of ladders hi fiving most members of the audience (for the last time?) Jeff saying the space between the top of the ladder and the ground is his. Punk enters and goes straight to calling the audience and Jeff, drunks. Punk saying this will be Jeff’s LAST match also the he has to get rid of him and erase his evil beliefs of living in the moment and won’t look back.
Melina and Maria defeated Natalya and Layla via pinfall:
Melina pinned Natalya. During the match Melina pushed Michelle McCool over whilst on commentary with JR and Todd.
Backstage Jeesey stick up for crime time making fun of Jericho for being a woman and Big Show for being fat. I think he finally got accepted by Cryme Time.
The Hardy’s and John Morrison defeated The Hart Dynasty and CM Punk via pinfall.
Matt Hardy looking better the ever in his return match on Smackdown. Matt hits the twist of fate on Tyson Kid for the pinfall

Smackdown is a much better then Raw… because they use their Talent and have less Promos then RAW and ussally RAW’s Promos suck and are boring and get annoying…. smackdown is Great!

sadly, i i’ll miss smackdown every now and then, i live a 5 min walk from my high school. football started and i go to all the home games.

And just to cover my bases; if you had that backwards then DX is the tag team of Triple H & Shawn Michaels.
Correction to the main event, it was Punk that was pinned by Matt, not Tyson. Bit of a strange statement that the no. 1 contender should be pinned by the champion’s brother, I suppose setting up for Matt vs Punk feud when Jeff leaves.
Okay, I was half-right.
