Opening footage from backstage following WrestleMania IX of Gene Okerlund interviewing Yokozuna & Mr. Fuji, with Fuji saying they have protested to WWF President Jack Tunney claiming because there was no written contract between Yoko and Hulk Hogan then Hogan’s title win shouldn’t be allowed; included the announcement WWF Tag Team Champions Ted Dibiase & IRS would face the Bushwhackers the following week but the match ended up not taking place.

Bam Bam Bigelow pinned Virgil with the diving headbutt at 6:59.

Bob Backlund pinned Kim Chee at 3:58 with a bridge.

Damien Demento pinned Jim Brunzell at 5:07 with the jumping kneedrop; during the bout, Rob Bartlett called in to Vince McMahon and Randy Savage on the phone, calling from Las Vegas, wondering why no one was at Raw the previous week; Bartlett then said he had no money and was stuck in Vegas; McMahon hung up on him, claiming there was a bad connection, when Bartlett asked for help getting back.

Rick & Scott Steiner defeated the Beverly Brothers at around 11:30 when Scott pinned Blake with the Frankensteiner.

Jerry Lawler pinned Jim Powers at 6:16 with the piledriver and using the tights for leverage; the bout was to have taken place earlier in the night on two separate occasions but Lawler walked out each time after a chant of ‘Burger King’ began; after the bout, Vince McMahon conducted a ringside interview with Lawler in which Lawler made several comments directed at Randy Savage; Savage responded by standing up from his commentary seat but the show ended before anything else occurred (Lawler’s free-TV in-ring debut).
