- Christian, Finlay, Jack Swagger and Mark Henry could not stop Tommy Dreamer from retaining his title in the ECW Championship Scramble.
- By defeating Chris Jericho, Rey Mysterio simultaneously won the Intercontinental Championship and preserved tradition by keeping his mask.
- After the Big Red Monster devastated The Great Khali with a series of steel chair shots, Dolph Ziggler capitalized and picked up a win over The Great Khali.
- Surprise entrants Edge & Chris Jericho made the tag encounter a Triple Threat Match. The SmackDown duo took down former champions Carlito & Primo and Cody Rhodes & Ted DiBiase to win gold.
- The ever intense Michelle McCool fulfilled her vows to take Melina’s Women’s title.
- Despite losing by disqualification, CM Punk retained his gold, crushing Jeff Hardy’s dreams of World Heavyweight gold yet again.
- After taunting John Cena on Raw, The Miz failed to deliver when it counted. Cena took care of business, dispatching of The Miz and sending him back to Monday night with his tail between his legs. [Killing his heat!]
- Thanks to help from Cody Rhodes and Ted DiBiase, it was Randy Orton who emerged from the Three Stages of Hell Match against Triple H with his WWE Championship intact.

wouldn’t it bee nice to see christian rather than jericho as edge’s tag partner… reminiscing of the old edge and christian of the attitude era, and one of the best tag teams ever.
First match didnt bother me. Didnt care for it much as i dont even watch ECW (its a pointless brand).
Yet again Rey and Jericho manage to pull off another great and exciting match. Even I, a man who detest Mysterio with every fiber of my being and hails Jericho as my favorite wrestler wasn’t dissapointed with the result; especially considering what happens later in the PPV…
I was wondering how Dolph was gonna pull it off, and now i saw: With the return of the not so big, red, machine. I was beginning to miss Kane and now he is back to feud with Khaki. Should be good no?
Im so happy about the tag-titles, i was wishing some days back that Edge and Jericho would be a tag-team. Now champions, wat more could i ask for? Mabye not to job to Hardy and Mysterio? But with Jericho as tag-champ, who is to feud with Mysterio for the next PPV?
*Sigh* yet again another example at how WWE fails to make sense. What was the point of making Mickie James feud with Maryse with the specific purpose of becoming the first women to win both singles women titles BEFORE Mccool even mentioned it yet make Mccool win *sigh* WWE fails…

Verdict: Entertaining PPV with some suprises, but regardless, WWE fails! TNA should hurry up and become competiton so WWE can step up their game.
Yes, I was expecting to see Christian Come out as Edge’s partner, Edge looked like he was happy with who his partner was, since he is always complaining it was rare to see him happy…In Rey Mysterio’s match in one Move Rey jumped from the top turnbuckle, it looked like He almost went over Jericho’s head, Jericho was barely able to catch him…The Feud between Triple H & Orton Continues…It would be nice to see the Kane we all know and loved back when he had his mask on.

do a repeat of the adamle(the ass)angle where the strange bag is always at kanes side then when confronted the lights go out u hear a dong. they come back on and he has HIS 1ST mask on but somthin still in the bag??? evry time he on camara the lights go off with a dong. meanwhile edge and j become the sneaky but overly sucsessful team they would othwise claim to be. then when they get to the point they beat evryone, ther in the ring cutting a promo bout how they need some real compition.lights go out FIRE LIGHTING DONG!!!! THE BROTHERS OF DESTRUCTION Come out hit a DOUBLE CHOKESLAM FROM THE TOP ROPE to both edge and j win the titles. anyone go a better tag team reunion(NOT E&C)

without the help of Rhodes and DiBiase. If someone holds the
title they should earn it alone and not everytime with the help
of these two overrated jerks.

What kind of a primadonna is Zena? He could have taken a disputed job from cheating, or outside interference but NO! That would make all the kids sad! It would also make all Johns time under Vinces desk a waste.
I guess were also just gonna see Orton vs HHH for years and years. Real creative. Just milk a feud till it’s unwatchable. Wait a minute, IT ALREADY IS!
