For this week's topic, I'm going to ask, what wrestlers that were/are over and are generally liked by the masses have you never found entertaining or never really got in to.

For me personally it's Mr Kennedy. His debut year was ok, but the "Kennedy Kennedy" stuff got old quick for me, and I've never enjoyed his look or style. It's not that he sucks, but I find there's nothing flashy about him.

Next I'd go with Shelton Benjamin. I can't put my finger on it, but he can do as many insanely athletic spots as he likes, I just fall asleep watching him. I used to love The Worlds Greatest Tag Team, but when he went solo, it just never clicked.

Matt Hardy closely follows, although I think he's doing amazing right now as a heel.

I'm with you on Benjamin. I think they missed the boat.

One wrestler I never got in to was Xpac. Like you, I don;t really know why, I can see why others like him, but he was the same old guy his whole career. Get a hair cut or something lol

Quite honestley i never found hoagn entertaining, he just pissed me off, anoying to me, one match sticks out, Hogan vs HBK at summerslam, i was much younger then but it was just stupid after a couple steal chair shots and super kick he can kick out do that syupid lil hulk up bullshit....leg drop its over???

More recentley CM punk, i couldnt care less, he could leave tomorrow and it wouldnt bother me a bit! I agree matt hardy, hell never be a world champion

When I walk to the ring, i hear voices telling me what to do, & sometimes its not the right thing, but its damn sure entertaining

Am actually with you on Punk. I like him, but not as much as others. I've never seen him as world champ.

In a way I think WWE ruined everything that was good about Punk on the Indys, and when they botched his push they just killed him.

Cena is obvious for me. didnt like him even as the rapper.

Another person I can't get behind is Carlito. He always seems to be going through the motions instead of trying to win a match realistically.

This.

I didn't think much of CM Punk pre-WWE. His promo stuff was always good, just didn't think much of his matches. I've enjoyed his work ALOT more in WWE.

Isn't that true for most wrestlers today?

Here's one I just thought of reading through the TNA discussion forum; Kurt Angle. Seriously. I think he's been lucky to have such great opponents his whole career. Watch his matches with guys who aren't fantastic "workers". Plus, for a while there, don't know if he still does this, he was having THE SAME EXACT MATCH with every guy he worked a big match with.

Edit: Actually, I think ^ is a better answer for an "Overrated Wrestlers" topic.

Petey Williams is another one I never found entertaining. Cool finish, otherwise an average(at best) Jr. Heavyweight worker.

I've had several I just couldn't get behind. In WWE, Batista comes to mind, he's not bad, I just never look forward to seeing him wrestle. Jeff Hardy, Vladmir Kozlov, and CM Punk would be others. Again, none of them are flat out terrible, and 3 of the 4 are incredibly popular - but I can't get behind them.

In TNA - I'd have to go with Jeff Jarrett, Scott Steiner, and Booker T (I liked Booker back in WCW, but that was the last time.)

On the other hand, I find myself cheering for The Brian Kendrick, Dolph Ziggler, Santino, and The Miz - so maybe my opinion is off.

Hell no I'm with you on Miz and Ziggler. There's definitely something there with those guys. Miz calling out Cena was almost old school Chirs Jericho calling out Goldberg.

As for Ziggler there's something about his intensity which draws me to him.

Yokozuna.

While I appreciate the fact that he was a morbidly obese man who defied nature by being insanely agile (for his size, this ain't AJ Styles we're talking about), after I saw him the first two or three times I didn't care anymore. Yoko was one of the many factors that turned me off of wrestling in the early 90's (mostly it was all the f'ing dayglo in the WWF. Seriously, WTF? It looked like Debbie Gibson took a dump on that place! But I digress...).

It's guys like him, Giant Gonzales and the like that are the wrestling equivalent of a horse jumping off a diving board into a pool of water, old-school carnival style: you really only need to see it once.

When I think of Yokozuna, it reminds me of a famous quote Ty Cobb made about his detested rival, Babe Ruth. When asked if he could think of just one good thing to say about The Babe, Cobb thought about it for a moment and replied, dead serious, "He ran okay for a fat man."

There's Yoko in a nutshell. He ran okay for a fat man.

Most of the big guys suck except Taker, Kane with a mask and I'm starting to like Matt Morgan.....Guys like Khali and the big show have to wrestle with guys who are small for them to look good...then the match is unrealistic......never like Hulk Hogan in the ring .........Hulk up , a couple of punches , leg drop then a pin...sounds like Cena
