To me this sounds like a great deal. Other boards have panned it, but living expenses, supplements etc all in one? It's a bargain. I spend enough on protein, creatine and vitamins as it is.
Alex Shane can be construed as a bit of a whack job, but he is definitely in the top tier of UK talents.
I just don't want to get an extra ass kicking for being an "internet guy".
Training has always been a distant goal for me. I'm beginning to develop my body in case the opportunity ever came up. Maybe it has.
