Here's what I wrote for the main site:

You are beautiful no matter what they say:
As fire Russo chants echoed throughout the Impactzone last night in conclusion to the TNA Knockout's Makeover Battle Royal I had the complete opposite thought running through my head. Don't fire Russo.

Although Russo can heavily be blamed for the gimmicky, confusing "adrenaline rush" that is TNA Wrestling, the women's match last night made all the "what the hell's going on" moments worthwhile - not just because the in-ring work was amazing, but yes because of Russo (and other's) creative writing was also shinning through.

For months an innocent Roxxi Laveaux has been taunted and humiliated by "the Beautiful People" and Sunday night she battled it out to the final of the match, losing gracefully to former champ Gail Kim and coming out all the better for it.

What followed was one of the most emotional images in female wrestling history. A bloody and tearful Roxxi had to endure getting her head shaved bald. But this wasn't the downfall of her character, oh no. This was the crowning moment in her legacy as the courageous Laveaux didn't bow down to the "Beautiful People's" image and took the shaving like a warrior, coming out with her hand held high and gaining the respect of every fan and every knockout watching on. This was without a doubt the highlight of the Sacrifice PPV, which as a whole was quite disappointing.

Just as bad as Deuce Bigelow:
The Deuces Wild tag team tournament despite crowning LAX as the much deserved champs was mediocre at best. The first match could have been predicted by a two year old, and the old wrestling cliché of having the most unpredictable thing happen (Oh look Booker T is Robert Roode's partner) is overplayed in every company.

Also having Awesome Kong in with the men only made her look weaker. Before we thought she was huge and could "probably" hang with the men - now we known she's not that big and can't hang with the men. She added nothing.

LAX are the most entertaining team in the company, but Hector god bless him looks like a goof with a bandanna and make LAX go from street smart to the saved kids from Sister Act. Wasn't LAX trying to beat up Hector a few years ago with no conclusive finish?

I'm all for Booker T's heel turn, that guy is stale!

Trigger Happy:
If anything has been making these main events mean something it's new TNA Analyst Frank Trigg. Just like a new age Gordon Solie Trigg makes everything done in the ring seem valid and helps suspend that disbelief by adding context to the moves performed.

Nitpicking:
A few little things that bugged me about the PPV:
- Don West calling the Atomic Drop as if it was a low blow. It's to jar the spine and legs!
- The Terrordome looking like a a children's play area compared to the Elimination Chamber.
- Scott Steiner saying "everyone knows you are using Joe." So the TNA champ is an idiot?

Conclusion:
Not a good PPV by any stretch of the imagination but the Knockout's match made it worth while. ECW>Attitude>Knockouts, the evolution of Pro Wrestling.
