Jobber Group: Registered Member Posts: 31 Joined: 15-February 08 Member No.: 2,109	We have gotten word that Matt Hardy returned to WWE during an angle tonight with MVP at the SmackDown/ECW live event at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum in Fort Wayne, Indiana. According to one of our live correspondents, after MVP retained his United States Heavyweight Championship in a match against Jimmy Wang Yang, Hardy came out after MVP proceeded to beat up on Yang. MVP retreated at first but Hardy ended up knocking him out and laying his championship across him. Matt Hardy has been out of action since undergoing an emergency appendectomy back in November. He appeared on camera at the December 29th Raw taping in Greensboro, North Carolina in an angle with Randy Orton that aired on the New Year’s Eve edition of Raw. Also Results For WWE SmackDown/ECW House Show Results - 3/01/08 Fort Wayne, Indiana Id say about 6,000 fans were there. As for the results Kofi Klingston def. Jesse & Festus to retain the title when Morrison low blowed Festus and cradled him Michelle McCool & Kelly Kelly def. Layla & Victoria Michelle pinned Victoria US Champion MVP def. Jimmy Wang Yang to retain the title After the bout Matt Hardy made his first in-ring appearence since November and hit MVP with the Twist of Fate ECW Champion Chavo Guerrero def, CM Punk to retain the title Chavo used the ropes for leverage The Undertaker & Finlay def. He had bigger chance in ROH to be main eventer or even in TNA. He still has some hope that one day he will be main eventer. Look at Jeff, he's now more accomplished than his brother Matt. I wish Matt well being at first and we'll see what he can do in upcoming weeks. I would see him in ECW feuding with Chavo for the title.
